May 18–30 we are running Riesling Weeks at Norda – with a specially composed three-course menu designed to match elegant Riesling wines in the best way. Expect spring flavors, perfectly combined glasses and a dinner worth staying for a long time. Book your table via the link below.

Asparagus with a browned butter cream and crispy potatoes

Baked cod loin, butter-poached kohlrabi, sugar peas, Sandefjord sauce and trout roe
